Philip received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Vanderbilt University

Philip is a seasoned industrial real estate developer, with a track record of delivering large-scale industrial projects from concept to completion. Throughout his 22-year career, including several years of investment banking, Philip has held pivotal leadership positions, demonstrating a significant capability to deliver Class A, cost-effective industrial projects on time and within budget. Philip has spearheaded the master-planning, acquisition, and development of over 8 million square feet of industrial buildings throughout the Southeast and Texas, including strategically important logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution centers.

In 2023, Philip joined The Carroll Companies to expand the Company’s industrial presence throughout the U.S. and is most excited about aligning the Company’s business objectives with industrial real estate strategies proven throughout his career.

Philip holds a Texas real estate license, previously served on the Board of Directors of Preservation Houston and is proud to be an Eagle Scout.
