Lari Waskey

With over 33 years of multifamily industry experience across multiple states, Lari brings a wealth of knowledge to The Carroll Companies. She got her start with student housing at NC State and her career took off from there. To say she has an eye for the business would be an understatement, as her career has progressed from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager, to Director of Training to Regional Vice President. Lari excels in all aspects of operations, with a strong focus on the customer experience, developing winning teams, and generating consistent revenue growth. Some of her specialties include training leaders, software implementation/transitions, and acquisition integration.

A niche area of her expertise is consistently leading and developing high-performing teams through change with clarity and care. Her belief is that exceptional teams deliver exceptional results consistently aligning with our Core Values. She also believes in setting the example, holds the designation of National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and is an active Piedmont Triad Apartment Association member. At the end of the day, Lari finds reward in working closely with people on matters related to their homes, being able to have a positive impact on their lives and families.
